The Importance of Relative Momentum in Mutual Funds
Roro, my ETF, when it goes offense risk on, it's static, small cap, large growth. It's just going to be those two, it's just an automatic kind of positioning. In the case of mutual fund, there's this relative momentum component where it's either large caps, small caps or emerging markets. But if you're trying to do relative momentum and the co-movement isn't there in the other two parts of the uptrend, what happens effectively is you get whips off to death,.
