Co-Writing With Michael Andelie

I try to heavily focus on one and then there's one that's coming in just to kind of keep it straight. I have co-written some fiction and some nonfiction and I found it very, very hard. It takes a lot of management skill and to be kind and courteous, but still have expectation that you'll get things on time. And it's not always going to work too, by the way. You can do everything right and somebody disappears on you or they just don't get it done,. But you just keep going and try the next one. So is that another tip? Someone has to take the lead on a co-writing project.
