Stuart Kaiser was the head of equity trading strategy at city group on fast money a couple days ago we talked about the VIX. He says there's no caution in stocks anymore and that it would be stagflationary to put too much emphasis on short-term gains or losses. Stuart: A VIX spot at 13 right now is screaming with an S&P that is very near 52 week highs up 25% off its October lows is screaming a level of complacency also when you consider the concentration.
