How to Write a Novel

I'm a planner because I'm a Virgo, and I need everything has to be organized. But at the same time, it's really difficult because with a novel, it's like wading out into darkness. You don't really know where you're going, and there's no way of knowing until halfway through. So what I do is I write lists. I write a plan, a very rough plan in list form, just down one single A4 sheet of paper. It has to fit on one A4 sheets of paper.
