How to Deal With the Triggers of Your Divorce
"I spent a lot of time looking for answers outside of myself the answers are inside," she says. "Your nervous system might be completely jacked up by what you've experienced from these messages I worked with Karen in the coaching container to deal with a lot of triggers is the word I'm going to throw out." She adds that it's important to take responsibility for your own emotional state and not blame anyone else, even if they were abusive or had issues themselves.
