Is There a Value in a Warranty on a Commercial Building?
There does seem to be a noticeable spread between what it would cost to do something in a house versus doing something very similar in a commercial property. When you're amortizing some of those improvements, and will you put in an interest factor as well? Or do you want to get the funds? It depends on what's been talked about. If we're getting $7 a square foot for a blended right between warehouse and office across 50,000 square feet, I don't think I really care. But if we're talking 4,000square feet, we've got to try to make up some more spread somewhere.
