Is There a Dogma in Personal Training?

When I first got into personal training, I was at a place where which was huge in FMS. If you think of yourself as a sports scientist, there's no dogma. You're just looking for what is the best approach to it. The problem is we all work in this normal curve. Your program may be working great on that first standard deviation away from the mean, but you guys got you've got guys out here in the third standard deviation of that curve that are maladapting your program.
