How Has Argentina's Domestic Economy Fed the Fire?
Argentina suffers the same external energy shock that has hit the entire world, but has a highly sensitive and unstable national economy. Part of the problem is that argentina can't borrow, not at all abroad any more, and with difficulty even at home. They currently spend about two % of g d p on subsidies for domestic consumption of oil and gas which, of course, makes the entire problem worse. Your enabling people to buy oil and gas for at much lower prices.
