The New Forms of Misbehaviour
Workers are misbehaving when it comes to algorithms and seeking to manipulate them in ways that they used to do under tailorism, but obviously in a lot more complex way. A recent paper shows delivery riders were using pirated g p s to send misleading signals to the central technological system of where they were. And basically, if you lift the lid on the work place, you will still find a lot of contestation. I mean, one area that i would have thought should sure e have seen a decrease in incidents is bullying.
