Every organization, whether it's a sport or a club has a workforce. And there's a responsibility on an organization to look after its workforce. The more layers you've got, the more ways you've got to catching it before it actually happens. So for example, in coaching, one of the things that should have, if you were a professional is that you would invite somebody to come and observe your coaching. You know, I was fortunate enough to have you observe mine. But wouldn't it be great if you were there as a coach, some sort of coach developer and then you almost was giving me like the hood of the clean bill of health? Yeah. That makes sense, right
