Nick: I think just a general, a financial freedom and having the ability to do whatever you want. When i got out of college imember, yo gave me the scout trench book which was pretty motivating for me. And i think it's sedly 30 or forty % of your income just goes towards housing. It kind of interested me,. Like he'd described loan paydown appreciation just tont housing and younow, that seemed like a pretty good deal to me.
