And is a 15 minute conversation something that you would like to aim for? And if so, that should be the specificity. Next is measurable. With the european common framework scale, you could be evaluated by a teacher. It doesn't have to be officially graded exam. When i'm very serious about something, i'll sign up for an exam, because that makes it very measurable. Otherwise a teacher can grade you at the end of the time and evaluate you in in a relatively fair way
