The Constitution of Azerbaijan

In 1906, the national assembly opens and it's quickly divided into three groups. They decide on a fundamental law that makes the parliament very strong. Mozaffar Shah ratifies the fundamental law of the national assembly and then promptly dies. So he's succeeded by Mohammed Ali Shah who tries to reverse the revolution. He dismisses Moshear Daole, appoints Ali Azgar Khan,. Amin Al Sultan, who's a conservative prime minister. But without showing much violence, you know, with their sit-in, they end up with the estates general stage.
