Are We Seeing So Big Galaxies So Early in the Universe?

We can see the very, very early universe in the cosmic microwave backround radiation. This is light that was emitted just before it became transparent. We're pretty sure we know how the universe sloshed around in te very early moments. So why are we seeing galaxies that are so far away and so big and so bright? Because i guess we had a guess about how he galaxy should avewalved with the history of the universe.
