How to Grow and Harvest Watercress
i went on a course about how to chip bud, which is a really efficient way of propagating your apple tree. And it keeps its colour when it's cooked. We harvest the watercress every day. It may be 15 centimeters, but if you left it for its entire life, be one or two meters long. As it grows, it produces these amazing aerial roots that literally float within the water and suck up al the nutrition that in the water that it grows in. Each plant can produce thousands of seeds - we capture those seeds, and then start the process again the following year.
