Change Direction Mechanics

Rugby players use muscle forces to try and change the direction whereas basketball players throwing their center of mass outside of their base of support. We need to understand that at different speeds because again if you're testing that over five ten meters and then you change in direction well in five ten meters unless your name's you same bolt I'm only getting up to five meters per second kind of speed before I change direction. That looks really different than if I'm bombing it down the wing as a as a full back and attacking wing back at seven nine meters a second and then I want to change direction so the mechanics change.
