Jeremy Hunt's Proposal to Back Unlisted Companies
Jeremy Hunt says pension funds should put 5% of their assets into unlisted companies. He wants us to be backing the kind of companies that go on to become unicorns. It's going to be worth 1000 pounds a year apparently in your retirement basically. But it also has the ability to turbocharger investments if the market turns against these unlisted companies and they're not exactly flavor of the month at the moment.
