I've Never Jerked That Ssensage of My Body Weight

When i would load over 300 pounds on to a bar to practise heavy jerks, i would hit like one or two. By set three and four, when i'm in the 300 pound range, my dip would turn into crap. I would get forward, like my corps was just shot, just from like loading 300 more than one time into the front rack. And i've never jerked that ssensage of my body weight is just confinttas. To see it wa like, have pop at the bottom of the a dip, and feel that elasticity in your muscles is mine blog maybe,. Like, like, any time i did that, it was like so sluggish
