Is It the Queen's Personal Decision?
This is effectively prince andrew ending his tenure as a working representative of the royal family. While he fights this case, we understand that these titles will be given to other members of the Royal Family. We understand that whatever happens with the civil case, that it looks like andrew is going to fight. He is innocent guilty. Has to settle that claim or not, he won't get these titles back. This is a permanent move. I wonder though, and we'll never be able to answer this, because, i mean, who knows what goes on in the queen's own mind?
