The Importance of Memories in Relationships
When experiences are new, you're still sort of forming your identity in terms of relationships. And I think that's just a phase of life where you are assimilating and this movie does a brilliant job of literally capturing this. You are putting together a relationship out of objects and images to form a narrative in your mind of that relationship. Once it goes on for a certain amount of time, the details kind of lose their vividness.
