i do a lot of work with athletes to understand what it means to set boundaries. Develop the awareness of our own body and mind so that we know when we're getting close to an edge. And then i think it is like kind of understanding what your values are and what you want out of your climbing, and how you can approach that more intentionally. It's not something that you just do by turning up on a climbing day. This is something where you have, like, as he said, you had to be more intentional in your preparation.
