Design ops as a concept is amazing I think part of the problem is that it's usually only reserved for big organizations who have very entrenched pretty bad cultures totally. Some people don't implement design ops well you know not out of ignorance or malice or anything like that but just because maybe it's their first go at it so I think that is what's really great about design ops. The more progressive design ops organizations are ones that are going like but we have to change it first and then support that change, he says.
