Is There a Necessary Condition for Artificial Intelligence?

I don't think I mean it's fairly clear that it's not a necessary condition and the you know example of that is blind people um who are perfectly intelligent but do not have that visual grounding right. But they have physical grounding often and they can do some other things so there's grounding and clearly while it'sNot a necessary condition it's certainly not sufficient but it is a very helpful modality to understand the world and to ground knowledge. A lot of researchers and philosophers have this feeling that like the intelligence that we have is the only kind of intelligence that popular is possible i feel like it's just a lack of imagination, he says.
