This is the first conviction in four decades. It's seditious conspiracy, a crime for which no guideline has been promulgated. You have to want to by force destroy the government of the United States or prevent hinder or delay the execution of any law of the U.S., right? So one of the things that was a valid defense that Rhodes and Megs put up in their trial was "We intended to be disruptive"
