If the narrative is getting in the way of what's actually happening, you need to make it so that the narrative gently backs off. And i have found it incredibly, incredibly helpful as someone who has some extremely self defeating narratives thattend to i surface all the time. Seth Godin (@thisissethsblog) is the author of 17 bestselling books that have been translated into more than 35 languages.
