The Importance of Patronage in Deep Souls
I think we have got to rethink the typical work week. And especially for deep souls, I love what you're saying too about also maybe even a more project based focus. Or there are many deep souls that would be amazing consultants and idea people, but they just don't want to get it to the weeds of execution. So if we can not only see the need, find the people and then match the job to those people, I think that could be very, very useful in redefining what their role is.
