I Think Habermas Means Private

I don't think he meant by private that it can't be shared I just think he meant like where its location mostly is. It's different than this kind of public problem solving that he's talking about which is like alleviating these collective problems of like cruelty and so it's not distinguished from thinking about some public institutional problem or like some broad structure in the way Habermas does.
