Chalmers: It might seem very difficult to figure out how to make a computer pass the Turing test. But according to Chalmers, that is all part of the easy problem. The hard problem isn't about simply mapping the correlations between the physical states and the subjective states; it's about saying how the physical can give rise to the subjective.
