Is It Harmful?

I do get nervous when I just see people have basically arbitrary expectations. And so based off of those expectations, then ideas come up and then people want to make themselves relevant. We all want relevance, right? We want to commit ourselves to meaningful work. So you go, Oh, well, it's not where it should be. But maybe that frequency picks up when, when, you know, because anytime you do something and the consequences don't manifest, you think, "Oh, sweet, it worked"
