Stanford Law School Students Against Judge Duncan
The Stanford Federalist Society chapter hosted an event on campus at which Judge Kyle Duncan was invited to speak. When he went to the dais, there were students who were making noises and interjecting comments and doing some heckling while he began his remarks. This then devolved into the judge being unable to give his prepared remarks in the way that he planned. And so he requested a Stanford Law School administrator and an administrator in the room. The Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion stood up and gave some lengthy remarks about how she understood the students' feelings about Duncan.
