The Importance of Transparency in Organizational Communication
Francesco: Part of a communication breakdown is that we didn't give the why. Kelly: What do we make sure in a teaming context that when one person says something, everyone hears it? Francis: We want to elevate problems and enjoy the experience of elevating problems because those problems when surfaced are precisely our improvement opportunities. The more problems that are surfaced, the faster we improve.
