The Power of Desire, the Wanting
The power of habit is so strong. It's always it brings us right up against it. If we say, ok, i'm going to look at this and let go of doing it this way, even about some small things, it begins to loosen that power of desire,. The next time you become aware of a desire in the mind, wanting in theMind, you can become mindful of it. We begin to see that there is much greater peace and much greater ease in not wanting than in wanting. Even though conventionally we associate kind of that wanting desire on mind with a certain kind of pleasure.
