Those People Who Tell Us What's the Best in Class in the Industry
I keep looking for people I think as consultants or as peers who always show us the mirror and who always tell us what's the best in class in the industry so that we can strive towards thankfully for us we have some of them around us. It keeps inspiring us it keeps motivating us to achieve the best we can they don't look at us if we don't get there but you know at least they know that we will put in the honest effort to get there. If we try to be average then we will never make disproportionate returns and that's not the agenda with which we started the company.
