"I think about weed in this terms of like 70s. It's just this kind of shitty weed, Colombian or tie stick with the with the seeds and all the seeds in it," he says. "And then these guys start smoke growing this weed in Humboldt called Cola buds." He recalls a kid who showed up at his high school wearing an emerald triangle t-shirt that was so classic: "The green triangle, emerald triangle". The town would have been gone years ago if pot growers hadn't come to Eureka.
