Your book is really getting into the nitty gritty to get people thinking about all of these issues inside a workplace, inside just live-and-let-live. The best leaders have got to change their game fast because there's a new world coming and being a leader is harder than ever. It seems like if one's a young person in their life and they say, gosh, I made a million bucks by age 25. Now I can kind of start to live my alter ego. That kind of stuff catches up with you, done it.
