The 80 20 % is meant to help you have higher training volumes and kind of have that nice polarity, so that you can d up volume safely withit mainly being low intensity. But then also stimulate the body and have those upper intensities,. So it canlike train your body in different ways and help you perform. And i think it might actually just take some reflection as well, because the idea around the 80 20 % will even s just a general guideline. The analogy to a house is so appropriate, that you need to build a strong base in order to build a high, a grand, grand building on top of that. It's all bout finding the right balance for you and
