Coaches, Are We Doing It Right?
Lasti says he likes to do everything with a clear intention. The two things that i think are superimportant around this is, one, as we're helping people with self awareness. And the other thing that i think is a clear and important outcome for this is people are empowered. You know, if people shouldn't emerge from a string back session disempowered, right? They should be like, oh gosh, this is great. I really am incredible, and i've really got a lot to contribute.
