Call a priest and ask him to hear your confession at a safe distance. Start by praying for 20 minutes each day, if you don't yet. And then it may we begin to incorporate some small penances into your life. Does god love human beings more than angels? Since humans are made in the image of god, and angels are not arts or cup of clarifications. So that's a different consideration than virtue when we talk about it in the moral life.
