The main difference that we see on looking at a develop perspectives, an from a developing point of view, is actually the perspective andthat hat it comes with it. We want people that are open, that put their hand up when they don't know, but are just really willing to learn. And then really closing that out, we have armo team of of testers and cua people that will work solidly with thet developers, and then also with customers success. It shows a curiosity about business as well. i its a godly indicator that they're more likely to be engaged in co up with more thoughtful solutions than boster.
