The Limitations of the Current Study
The clinical relevance of an increase in resting cardiac output in patients with PHF PEP is unknown and negative effects cannot be fully excluded. In PAH, usually PVR change in 6 minute walk distance and anti-probian P are well established endpoints. Future studies should probably focus on the patient with well-characterized CPCPH.
