How to Say Tieni Algo for a Headache

Tieni algo para el dólor de cabeta is a way of saying I have pain of the stomach. In Latin America, you can say an infectioní or ëuna infectioní - it's got a double L sound in there. The whole por and para thing is really quite tricky but we're not going to go into any major explanations just now.
