With B2B, and the more upmarket you go in terms of the competency of your product, then I think it's going to be a bit harder. In order to get value fast, you need to make sure that when you present that to the user, you're directing them into the right feature. These are probably the main things that I would see. Your product needs to always play nice, especially in B2B,. Google kind of got into the Microsoft space with their Docs suite. They started by giving these users pluggies into Outlook because they know that people love Outlook.
