Is There a Civil War?

The number one thing that i've seen recently is the use of para military organizations um to kind of choke a local civil institutions u like school boards. And as kind of prelude to the sort of armed mobilizations that you would see at unlocalized areas in any kind of civil conflict. Its the precursors to death squat. I, i'm more worried than i was two years ago when i wrote, it could happen here, um, but it's not clean.
