Coaching a New Player

Serena Williams is an excellent communicator. How important are the communication skills that go along with that and like have you developed those over time? I was extremely shy to a point that I was completely unable to connect with people I was always alone. That was one of the reasons why I was not able to talk because I was always thinking that I would be ridiculous saying anything. So our number one job is to understand what it is about understand the person and build the relationship.
