The media does create a sense that you should have an opinion on every single issue. That's how meda companies sustain their roll in the attention and economy, like it's how they generate demand. The way you generate demand to read the news is some kind of obligation. But that's just market demand being generated by media companies detached from the actual noble motive of the fourth estate. And now we're back to education. Ind what wouldn't actually educational civic interstructure look like? It's completely sible with digitl now we're just choosing to have a civic, civic infer structure that's mostly for distributing propaganda.
