Last year, I was the only lead planner. The idea was for Matty to move up to lead because I was like, Hey, we still have all these prospects. Let's grow the firm. And in retrospect, I realized that I was being driven by these external forces, like there's a demand for our services. Therefore, we should have a supply of our services. So we promoted Matty to lead planner and we sort of backfilled her spot by hiring Aram as an associate. But then that didn't happen. By the time I got around to opening back up to new clients, like the markets, all the relevant markets had crapped. That scared the big Jesus out
