Getting a Chipfab on Mars?

You'd have to bring all the chips up with you, asi. It's hard enough to just get the chipfabs in america. Getting a chip fab up and running on mars woud take a long, long, long time. So, have you ever read or watched expense? I read the first book, what dod you think of it, it was cool.
