The Importance of Tears
God wants to give us tears for people who are rejecting God. Paul wept at the destruction and godlessness of other people, he says in Philippians 3. Jeremiah is often called the weeping prophet, but he said, that's actually wrong. All he's doing is embodying and passing on a message. He sees you. He knows you. Bring them to him.
