How to Triage an Email

A year ago he was much better at clearing out his email but current me is not. He says it's partly because the number of emales have gone up, and so i am dedicating less time in my schedule to getting through them. Email usually filled with problems that can't be solved by a quick reply or just thinking about how to get rid of them. But there are some things you should always keep an eye on when dealing with your e-mail - especially if they're business related.
