One of my favorite ones is the mental factor of conceit. The Buddhist definition of conceit has to do with comparing so this comparing self with other or comparing one's own experience with other people's experiences. Those kinds of insights are like just to be discovered in a 2000 year old text is pretty incredible yeah and you know discovered in our own minds when weYeah i found it helpful to have some kind of reference like i know one of the characteristics of anger for example is persecution Yeah especially if i look at anger at myself when i'm really angry at myself  and there is that kind of merciless persecuting quality.
